Every agent on the network is verified against their Thai government ID before they can publish a listing, and bad actors are permanently removed. All communication between renters, agents and landlords happens on-platform — soon through BaanMe's own in-house chat — so no message is ever lost across LINE, WhatsApp or email and the BaanMe team can step in if anything is disputed. Soon, BaanMe will also hold every security deposit in escrow and review claims directly, eliminating the most common renter complaints in the region. Contracts are translated into Thai, English, Chinese, Russian and Korean so nothing is hidden behind a language barrier. BaanMe also serves buyers and investors looking for condos, houses, land and commercial properties, and is committed to environmental impact through its rainforest restoration partnership in Pai, Thailand.
