BaanMe is a property listing platform that connects property seekers with verified real estate agents in Thailand. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties. All property information is provided by agents and property owners.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Property Listings

Property listings on BaanMe are provided for informational purposes. While we verify agents and monitor for fraud, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information including prices, availability, or property conditions. Always conduct your own due diligence before making any property decisions.

User Conduct

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or agents
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to circumvent platform security measures

Limitation of Liability

BaanMe is not a party to any transaction between users and agents. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from property transactions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Thai law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
